Job summary

Kiokii Inc. is opening a new store at Niagara Pen Centre and seeks a Team Lead to set the standard for sales and customer service, guiding the team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for visitors.

You will oversee daily store operations, train staff, maintain store conditions, address inquiries, drive sales, and assist with store openings. Minimum 1 year retail experience with supervisory background preferred; ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and staying updated on product trends.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the store management team in overseeing and coordinating daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
• Providing clear direction, support, and training to store associates as needed
• Maintaining store conditions to ensure they consistently meet company standards and adhering to Health and Safety regulations
• Supporting staffing efforts to align with business needs and operations as requested
• Addressing customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues effectively and escalating matters to higher management when necessary
• Driving sales performance by meeting store targets and key performance metrics
• Support with store opening and setup
