Atmosphere Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Lethbridge Centre Village store. You will lead the team, coach staff, and ensure delivery of service standards while managing in-store and eCommerce fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the store team and coach staff to meet service model standards.
• Lead the B2B Mark’s Commercial Business function including order entry and fulfillment to customers.
• Oversee in-store eCommerce sales and fulfilment to defined service levels (omni-channel).
• Manage inventory movement to the sales floor and support shipping/receiving and cash handling.
• Coordinate scheduling, training, and shift activities; ensure compliance with policies.
