Winners Hawkesbury is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to foster an inclusive, high-performing team. You’ll empower Associates, drive sales, manage expenses, and oversee merchandising, backroom, frontline, and customer service to deliver magical moments for customers.

The role requires at least 2 years of retail leadership, strong organizational and communication skills, and a hands-on approach to loss prevention, health and safety, and store operations.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and provide effective feedback and mentorship to others.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
• Attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent by providing comprehensive training and ongoing development for Associates. Serve as a mentor and role model.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes. Provide input on succession planning to meet future needs.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets. Coordinate loss prevention and operational programs and improve store layout and efficiency.
