Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a retail environment with 12–24 months in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts aftermarket industry
• Fundamental computer skills
• Possession of a valid driver's license is an asset

Responsibilities

• Inspire and lead store team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring and staff development.
• Ensure execution of pricing, merchandising, and store standards.
• Manage weekly scheduling and staffing for sales and support.
• Provide exceptional customer experience and resolve escalations.
• Support inventory controls, shipping/receiving and documentation.
