Job summary

Sephora Canada in Winnipeg is seeking a dedicated Team Lead, Operations to supervise the Operations team at the MB-St Vital store. You will oversee staffing, inventory, visual merchandising, and store processes to ensure execution of Sephora standards.

You will act as Manager on Duty, engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor, manage budgets, payroll, and controllable expenses. The role requires 1–3 years in a similar role at a comparable volume store, strong people skills, time

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store.
• Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
• Strong store operations skills.
• Demonstrated time management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence. Lead the operations of the store and ensure execution of standard processes.
• Inventory Management. Oversee shipping, receiving, cycle counts and returns within guidelines.
• Visual Merchandising. Manage on‑stage visuals and cleaning crews to Sephora standards.
• Supply Management. Maintain appropriate budget and quantity of supplies, testers and samples.
• Performance Assessment & Development. Provide timely feedback and support to the operations team.
• Manager on Duty. Engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.
• Develop budget strategies and understand sales, staffing and payroll costs.
