Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Store Lead, Operations in Saskatoon to supervise the Operations team, optimize inventory, and drive store performance. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and execution of in-store operations to meet company standards.

You will engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor, manage budgets for supplies and payroll, and provide timely feedback for continuous improvement within a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
• Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
• Strong store operations skills.
• Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support all Operations related aspects of the store, including direct management of the Operations team.
• Lead store operations to ensure execution of processes per company standards.
• Manage inventory including shipping, receiving, cycles and returns within guidelines and timeframes.
• Oversee visual merchandising and cleanliness with internal/external teams.
• Handle supply management including budgets and quantities of supplies, testers and samples.
• Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback for improvement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.
• Develop budget strategies by understanding sales, staffing and controllable costs.
