Job summary

Sephora Canada, Saskatoon Midtown, is seeking a Team Lead, Operations to support all store operations, lead the Operations team, and ensure execution of processes to company standards. The role focuses on driving operational excellence and customer experience.

You will manage inventory, merchandising, and supplies, while contributing to performance development and acting as Manager on Duty to engage with clients and Beauty Advisors on the floor.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
• Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
• Strong store operations skills and payroll control awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations of the store and ensure execution of all operations processes to company standard.
• Manage inventory including shipping, receiving, and cycle counts.
• Oversee visual merchandising and on-stage visuals to meet brand guidelines.
• Handle supply management for testers and samples within budget.
• Participate in performance assessments and provide timely development feedback.
• Act as Manager on Duty and engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.
