Job summary

Sephora Canada seeks a Team Lead, Operations to manage store operations, inventory, merchandising, and budget controls. You will act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and customers to ensure exceptional service and seamless store performance.

This role focuses on optimizing staffing, payroll, and expenditure while maintaining high standards of client experience across a busy Sephora location.

Qualifications

• One to three years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
• Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
• Strong store operations skills.
• Effective time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations of the store and ensure execution of all operations-focused processes per company standards.
• Manage store inventory including shipping, receiving, returns, cycle counting, and adherence to timelines.
• Oversee visual merchandising and on‑stage visuals; supervise cleaning crews with feedback and escalation as needed.
• Manage budget and quantity of supplies, testers and samples for the store.
• Participate in performance management and deliver timely feedback for improvement.
• Act as Manager on Duty; engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor.
• Develop budget strategies by understanding sales, staffing and controllable expenses.
