Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Team Lead, Operations to drive store-wide operational excellence in our Calgary location. You will lead the operations team, manage inventory, and ensure visual standards align with Sephora’s brand while coordinating with cleaning crews and vendors as needed.

You will regularly engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor, while contributing to budgeting, staffing, and payroll decisions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
• Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
• Strong store operations skills.
• Demonstrated time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and oversee the operations team.
• Oversee inventory management including shipping, receiving, and cycle counts.
• Manage visual merchandising to ensure on-brand and on-stage visuals.
• Handle supply management with budgets, supplies, testers and samples.
• Participate in performance assessment & development for the operations team.
• Act as Manager on Duty and engage with clients on the floor.
• Develop budget strategies and monitor sales performance, staffing and payroll.
