Job summary

Sephora Canada in Saskatoon is seeking a Team Lead, Operations to oversee all store operations and lead the Operations team. You will drive staffing, inventory control, visual merchandising, and budget management while ensuring the brand standards are met on the sales floor.

You will act as Manager on Duty, engage with clients, coach team members, and push for performance excellence through timely feedback and development opportunities.

Qualifications

One to three years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store.
Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
Strong store operations skills and time management.
Experience in staffing and payroll understanding.

Responsibilities

Support all Operations related aspects of a specific Sephora store location.
Lead the operations of the store and ensure processes meet company standards.
Manage inventory: shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and returns.
Oversee visual merchandising and on-stage visuals, ensuring standards.
Manage supplies, testers and samples within budget.
Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback.
Act as Manager on Duty and engage with clients on the sales floor.
Develop budget strategies and analyze sales performance and payrolls.
