Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in menswear or luxury retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for menswear, tailoring, and personal styling.
• Experience driving sales and managing store performance.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience with clienteling and relationship-driven sales is an asset.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings as required.
