Requirements
Minimum 5 years of Assistant Management/Floor Management/Concession Manager / Store Manager/ General manager / Associate Store Director experience with an Luxury brand.
Demonstrated experience of managing a high volume turnover location within fashion/leather goods/accessories, with a large team as well as managing a high level of client experience.
Demonstrated expertise in retail management, including P&L management, staff supervision, scheduling, training, merchandising, inventory control, shrink management, HR & Appraisals, CRM and payroll administration.
Salary $75k - $90K CAD per annum depending on experience.
