NorthernReflections, Ricki's, and Cleo in Kingston, Ontario, is seeking a Store Team Leader to guide daily operations and drive sales with a customer-first mindset. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will coach the sales floor, maintain visual standards, manage POS tasks, and ensure a safe, productive environment for the team.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail or customer service, leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods while handling

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail or customer service experience, prefer leadership/supervisory role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service and selling skills.
• Solid understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.

Responsabilités

• Support daily store operations, including achieving sales goals and delivering an exceptional customer experience, store opening and closing procedures.
• Provide strong on-the-floor leadership in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by following our customer service program.
• Drive customer loyalty by promoting and enrolling customers in our loyalty program.
• Coach, support, and provide feedback to sales associates to help them meet productivity goals and improve performance.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, including product preparation, displays, and in-store layouts.
• Perform point of sale transactions quickly and accurately.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and staff, following loss prevention procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support store success.

Reporting to the Store Manager, as the Store Team Leader, you will take fullresponsibility for the store during assigned shifts, leading the team to meetand exceed sales goals and productivity standards. You'll provide ongoingcoaching on the sales floor and support the development of a high-performingteam. Your leadership will help create a welcoming, customer-first environmentand ensure operational excellence at all times.

Experience &Qualifications:

• Minimum1-2 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a leadershipor supervisory role
• Proventrack record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance
• Stronginterpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspirea team
• Excellentcustomer service and selling skills
• Solidunderstanding of retail operations, including visual merchandising and lossprevention
• Strongorganizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortableworking in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Mustbe able to stand for extended periods of time, climb a ladder and to move andhandle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughoutthe store
• Flexibleavailability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
