Reporting to the Divisional Vice President for Harry Rosen Outlet, the Store Leader will lead the Vaughan Mills outlet store to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales and achieve financial targets. This full-time, permanent role is responsible for building and coaching a high-performance team, ensuring product knowledge, and maintaining excellent store operations and presentation.
