Job summary

Cleo is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team and help deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You will oversee daily operations, support store staff, and ensure high standards in customer service, merchandising, and loss prevention.

You will lead by example on the floor, drive sales, train peers, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues during your shift.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service and selling skills.
• Solid understanding of retail operations, including visual merchandising and loss prevention.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and work toward sales goals.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership in the absence of store management.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote loyalty program benefits.
• Coach and provide feedback to sales associates to improve productivity.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store layouts.
