Job Type: Full-Time | Monday to Friday – 9-5pm

Work Model: Remote Field Work

Compensation Range: $85,000 – $95,000 annually

What You'll Do:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, walk‑ins, and community networking; always be on the hunt.
  • Manage your territory like your own business, building and maintaining relationships with both prospects and existing members.
  • Meet with business owners, understand their needs and refer them to CFIB’s services.
  • Become a subject‑matter expert and stay informed about our resources, business issues, and policy updates impacting SMBs.
  • Represent an organization that business owners trust and seek guidance from.
