YOUR MISSION
- Accountable for ensuring individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective customer service.
- Provide high standards of customer experience within the Store aligned with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards.
- Complete all required training programs, both Domestic and Global, to drive results within the store.
- Participate in Loss Prevention education, training, and awareness programs; ensure operational compliance and loss prevention within the store.
- Communicate merchandise opportunities to the Store Management team.
- Participate in new store openings and closings; travel may be required.
- Accurately process sales transactions at the cash desk, operate the POS system properly, handle tender forms with accuracy, and apply discounts when applicable.
- Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise efficiently.
- Maintain all Visual guidelines and ensure the store's visual presentation meets or exceeds PUMA standards.
- Maintain the physical condition of the store according to guidelines and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies, and key responsibilities.
- Maintain a safe and compliant environment; report any issues to management.
- Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays, with possible overtime.
The base pay for this position ranges from $16.00 to $19.00 plus benefits (401k, PTO, discounts). Pay may vary based on experience and skills. More details at https://about.puma.com/en/careers/locations.
YOUR TALENT
- 1-2 years' experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment, preferably apparel/footwear, with a results-driven track record.
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals, provide high levels of customer service, resolve complex issues, communicate effectively, and present to groups.
- Physical ability to walk, stand, reach, bend, twist, climb, and lift up to 30 pounds, including working at heights and using ladders or step stools.
- Use of senses such as speaking, hearing, near & far acuity, depth perception, and field of vision is essential.
- Requires reading comprehension, basic math, writing, problem-solving, and basic computer skills.
