Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is seeking a team member to manage customer service functions, cashier and merchandising duties in a Paradise, NL location. You will help ensure a positive customer experience while supporting store operations.

Responsibilities include training staff, enforcing policies, handling refunds, and maintaining store image and safety standards. Competitive pay and flexible schedules are highlighted in the posting.

Qualificações

• Planning, Judgement and Decision Making required to organize store
• Independent thinking as it relates to organizing store
• Problem solving is essential to ensure customer satisfaction

Responsabilidades

• Ensures cashier/merchandising staff comply with all store policies and operating procedures
• Trains cashiers/merchandisers in job functions
• Provides on-going guidance and instruction
• Ensures loss prevention standards are implemented, manages daily cash office inventory and cashier tracking
• Answers inquiries regarding location of product, rainchecks, etc.
• Resolves customer issues according to established guidelines (refunds, exchanges, etc.)
• Promotes the CSI Survey
• Ensures shelves are clean and organized with proper rotation
• Ensures product displays are set up and taken down as directed by the AFSM/FSM
• Maintains standards of housekeeping and store image
• Complies with all Health and Safety requirements
• May perform clerical and banking duties
• Complies with store policies and procedures
• Performs other duties including Cashier duties when necessary
