Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is seeking a store operations associate to manage customer service functions, cash handling, and merchandising. The role involves training cashiers, enforcing policies, and supporting loss prevention while maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

You will respond to customer inquiries, process refunds and exchanges, ensure proper product displays, and assist with clerical duties as required. A flexible schedule and strong teamwork are expected.

Responsibilities

• Managing cashier/merchandising staff compliance with store policies and procedures.
• Training cashiers/merchandisers in job functions and providing ongoing guidance.
• Ensuring loss prevention standards are implemented and daily cash office inventory is tracked.
• Handling customer inquiries, refunds, exchanges and promoting CSI surveys.
• Maintaining shelves and product displays as directed by AFSM/FSM.
• Ensuring housekeeping and store image standards are met and performing clerical/banking duties as needed.
