Qualifications

• Experience in retail or store operations preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to train and guide cashiers and merchandisers.

Responsibilities

• Manage cashier and merchandising staff and ensure store policies are followed.
• Train cashiers/merchandisers in job functions and provide ongoing guidance.
• Enforce loss prevention standards, track cash office and surveys.
• Ensure store image, housekeeping and health & safety standards are maintained.
• Handle customer inquiries, refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Set up and rotate product displays as directed by management.
