Job summary

The Michaels Cobourg store is seeking a team member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will complete truck unloading, stocking, and maintain store recovery to uphold our brand promises.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with the Rewards program enrollments, participating in BOPIS/SFS processes, and maintaining in-stock, well-merchandised shelves.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling.
• Engage customers in Rewards program enrollment and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Stocking, planograms, and merchandise recovery to keep store in stock and presentable.
