Dollarama in Outaouais, QC is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to support the store management team in daily operations, customer service excellence, and a well-organized sales floor.

You will help manage staff, handle shipments, stock shelves, maintain safety and cleanliness, and assist with cash handling, opening/closing duties, and performance management. Flexible schedule and opportunity to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Approximately one year in retail experience
• At least one year in a supervisory role
• Flexible availability (day, evening, weekend)

Responsibilities

• Assist management in store operations and staff
• Box and unbox daily shipments
• Stock daily products on shelves
• Provide good customer service and resolve customer issues
• Ensure store safety and cleanliness standards
• Perform cash management, store opening and closing duties
• Follow up on assigned tasks
• Conduct manager-on-duty tasks: tracking breaks, time & attendance, hiring and performance management
