Qualifications

• Approximately 1 year of relevant experience in retail.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Flexible availability including day, evening, weekend.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the management team in managing store operations and staff.
• Boxing and unboxing daily shipments, stocking shelves.
• Provide good customer service and resolve issues.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and cash handling.
• Support manager-on-duty tasks including scheduling and attendance.
