Subway Group is seeking a Manager to oversee restaurant operations and drive guest satisfaction at our location in Canada. You will lead a team, ensure quality food service, manage inventory and financial controls, and support local marketing efforts.

The role requires at least 2 years in a restaurant setting with supervisory experience, strong communication, and a focus on safety. Opportunities for growth and development are provided within a dynamic brand.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in a restaurant environment.
• Experience supervising and training staff.
• Strong communication skills and safety awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Provide an excellent guest experience across shifts.
• Ensure food is prepared and served to Subway standards.
• Keep restaurant clean, functional, and visually appealing.
• Manage inventory and money control systems.
• Coordinate local marketing initiatives and community outreach.
• Recruit staff and develop team members.
• Maintain safety and security standards in accordance with codes.
• Be a collaborative team player.
