Job summary

Subway is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in line with brand standards. You will focus on guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, inventory control, staff scheduling and safety, working as a true team player.

You will manage a staff of 4-12, assist in planning events and promotions, coordinate training, and support with product ordering and inventory to keep the restaurant performing at its best. This is a full‑time on-site role in Canada.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent Guest experience and ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Manage a staff of 4-12 including assigning and evaluating work.
• Assist in planning events and promotions, and coordinate training.
• Assist with product ordering and inventory as needed.
