Responsibilities

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain profits.
• Develop budget for food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
• Evaluate daily operations and monitor revenues for labour cost.
• Monitor and supervise staff, train and conduct reviews.
• Recruit staff and set work schedules; organize and maintain inventory.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed; negotiate supplier arrangements.
• Participate in marketing plans and address customer complaints.
• Provide customer service and direct daily operations.
