Job summary

Subway is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager in Canada to oversee four main areas: coordinating activities, training managers, setting business goals, and fostering teamwork across assigned restaurants.

You will train and coach managers, manage staffing, ensure compliance with standards, and drive sales through data-driven opportunities while supporting local and national marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic math and accounting with strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, coach and develop staff.
• Computer knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Train shift managers, assistant managers and managers on operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain staffing levels for all managers and assistant managers.
• Provide leadership to all managers and staff to ensure compliance with operating standards.
• Champion staff in achieving sales goals using reports to identify opportunities.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives.
