Job summary

A&W Restaurant is seeking a capable on-site Restaurant Supervisor to manage daily operations, lead a team, and ensure excellent customer service. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with a focus on health and safety, inventory, and marketing support.

The position demands 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced setting, a valid driver’s license, and a Food Safety Certificate. MS Office and POS proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
