Job summary

Fairmont Royal York is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to supervise day-to-day restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage staff performance in a luxury hotel setting.

You will oversee service quality, control costs, and coordinate with the Executive Chef and F&B Director on training, staffing, and promotions. A degree in hotel management is preferred, with strong English communication and a track record in hospitality leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality management or related leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff performance.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, costs, and quality levels.
• Ensure proper staffing and staff development through training and coaching.
• Coordinate promotions and annual training calendars with F&B leadership.
• Maintain health and safety compliance and uphold brand standards.
