Job summary

Fairmont Royal York is seeking a Revenue Manager, Food & Beverage to drive the hotel’s Total Revenue Management strategy with a focus on outlets, catering, banquets, and events. You will partner with multiple departments to maximize profitability and improve forecasting accuracy under the Director of Revenue.

You will manage data quality, generate reports, and support strategic initiatives to optimize seat occupancy, menu engineering, and revenue growth across F&B channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in food & beverage or rooms revenue management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Accounting, Finance, or Math preferred.
• Experience with revenue management systems and hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs across F&B outlets and develop revenue-maximizing strategies.
• Develop and execute F&B pricing strategies and menu engineering.
• Lead forecasting and provide insights to drive profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales for revenue goals.
• Prepare reporting for weekly Revenue & F&B meetings and stakeholders.
