Fairmont Royal York in Toronto seeks a Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping division, ensuring impeccable cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas. You will guide a team, maintain brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction through proactive service and strong communication with other departments.

You will develop goals, monitor performance, and support health and safety initiatives while aligning with the hotel's sustainability efforts and all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Degree in hotel management or hospitality is preferred.
• Experience leading housekeeping teams in luxury hospitality.
• Familiar with Opera PMS and related venue tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of housekeeping to ensure top cleanliness.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain cross-department collaboration for seamless guest experiences.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and safety policies.
• Conduct performance reviews and training as needed.
• Manage daily assignments and project plans for housekeeping.
