Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or janitorial operations.
• 3–5 years in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a unionized environment.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all resort buildings.
• Manage fields of snow-removal operations and parking.
• Recruit, train, and supervise all department staff.
