Join our growing team of Kamloops, British Columbia Residential Marketing Associates! Renewal by Andersen of British Columbia is the full-service window replacement division of Andersen Corporation, a 121-year-old trusted family of window brands in America. We are locally owned and the largest, fastest-growing home improvement company in British Columbia.

Renewal by Andersen seeks accomplished, driven, and collaborative candidates to enhance our customer experience in home upgrades. This position offers a combination of base pay and commission. You will earn $18 per hour plus incentive payments, with current employees earning up to $35/hr. The work hours vary seasonally and by location, with an 8-hour shift including breaks and a 1-hour lunch. Base pay depends on experience, education, location, certifications, etc., which our recruiter can discuss during hiring.

This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing, recording accurate customer data, and targeting market areas.

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in assigned areas as directed by the Canvassing Program Manager
  • Use company mapping and business applications to record house-to-house data
  • Maintain a professional appearance, be courteous, and adhere to municipal permitting requirements
  • Attend paid meetings and training; be able to walk long distances in various weather conditions
  • Provide feedback to improve canvassing policies
  • Learn and master Renewal by Andersen products, methodologies, and promotional offers
  • Participate in daily pre-shift meetings via Zoom or in person
  • Coordinate with the Proximity Manager before and after shifts
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportation
  • Customer service or door-to-door experience and strong communication skills
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable using tablets and multiple platforms
  • Physically able to walk 3-5 miles daily within a 60-mile radius of the office
