Workplace Arrangement

This role is classified as in person.

In-Person

In-person collaboration and office-based work is necessary and important for the role. Work is performed onsite, 5 days per week depending on role requirements.

Team Context

About This Team: The lululemon labs team is a core contributor to the Product Innovation engine. The team supports human performance and perception testing to drive actionable feedback for mainline and Advanced Concepts products. The Workshop enables testing services and knowledge generation across Product Innovation and the wider business to elevate product creation.

A Day In The Life
  • Supporting testing coordination including participant recruitment, space booking and compensation
  • Assist research data piloting and collection across biomechanics, physiological, quantitative and qualitative protocols
  • Supporting data analysis, report creation and sharebacks to cross functional partners
  • Supporting new tools and processes to elevate the efficacy and efficiency of research practices within product innovation
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate in applied research related field (kinesiology, sports technology, materials science, engineering, etc)
  • Experience with collecting human and/or Raw Material testing data, such as data collection, analysis and interpretation for insight generation
  • Skills in qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • A habitual scientist, a great communicator and passionate about joining a commercial environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation offerings are pay-for-performance based. The typical hiring range for this position is from $55,300 – $62,000 annually; base pay is based on market location and may vary by knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Permanent employees may be eligible for our annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
