Join a team of 300 financing experts who are proud to help our members and clients achieve their dream of buying a home. You'll be supported by the strength of Quebec's leading mortgage lender to develop your business and receive 100% commission-based pay based on your performance. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining lasting business relationships with market intermediaries such as real estate agencies, brokers, and residential real estate developers.
  • Prospecting for clients.
  • Targeting and analyzing client needs, developing appropriate strategies, and preparing mortgage financing offers to meet targeted results.
  • Promoting the overall offer, including insurance and cross-selling.
  • Maintaining a presence in your area's business community.
  • Complying with frameworks, practices, and laws governing the distribution of financial products and services.
  • Staying informed about industry news, market trends, and best practices in your field.

What you bring to the role

  • College diploma in a related field
  • At least four years of relevant experience
  • Other qualifications and experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Intermediate knowledge of English, necessary for work tools and interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and clients
  • Intermediate knowledge of Spanish or a third language, due to interactions with partners, members, and clients
  • Availability for frequent travel at the request of members and clients
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • Availability 7 days a week, including evenings, with a flexible schedule
