Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to service Kimberley, Northern Cape, with a focus on software sales and consultative selling. You will demonstrate our solutions, qualify leads, and guide prospects through the full sales cycle to closure.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in software sales, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and experience with Salesforce. The role offers a base salary plus commission and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software sales or consultative roles.
• Identify customer needs and tailor solutions effectively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Marketing, or related field.
• Willing to relocate to Kimberley, Northern Cape.

Responsibilities

• Consult with prospective clients to understand challenges and requirements.
• Deliver tailored software demonstrations.
• Guide customers from initial contact to contract signing.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads in Kimberley area and surroundings.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for clients.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and post-sales teams for a seamless experience.
