Job summary

Affirm's Marketing & Privacy Engineering (MPE) team seeks a Senior Software Engineer to own web experiences, instrumentation, and measurement pipelines for our logged-out web experiences. You will shape architecture, reliability, and integration with GTM, analytics, and marketing APIs across high-traffic apps.

This remote-first role is open to candidates across Canada. You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Data Engineering to ensure performance, privacy, and data

Qualifications

4+ years developing and architecting web apps with React or Vue.
Proficient in Javascript/Typescript.
Experience with web instrumentation and marketing tech (GTM, analytics, APIs).

Responsibilities

Own and deliver quarterly team goals and guide engineers through ambiguity.
Collaborate with product, design & analytics on ideation and constraints.
Identify and lead resolution of project, process or tech issues.
Support operations by monitoring metrics and on-call efforts.
Set and promote code review and design standards across the team.
Mentor teammates and lead by example.
