Affirm in Canada is seeking a Senior Software Engineer on MPE to shape architecture and reliability of high-traffic web experiences, integrating GTM, analytics, and marketing APIs, while ensuring consent and data collection requirements.

You will partner with product, marketing, analytics, and data teams to deliver measurable improvements, own complex web systems, and raise technical quality. This remote-first role welcomes candidates nationwide and offers health coverage and ESPP options.

Formación

• 4+ years building web apps with declarative UI.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern tooling.
• GTM, analytics, experimentation platforms, and marketing APIs experience.
• Design of reliable, scalable web systems with performance focus.
• Ability to define technical plans and deliver large features safely.

Responsabilidades

• Own quarterly goals for your team and lead engineers through ambiguity.
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics on ideation and constraints.
• Identify and address project, process, or tech issues and drive solutions.
• Support operations and keep artifacts reliable via metrics and on-call work.
• Promote code quality and design standards beyond the team.
• Mentor teammates and lead by example to develop talent.
