Job summary

Affirm is a remote-first company; we are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst II to join our Revenue Operations team. You will partner with Marketing, Business Development, and early Sales to make the top of the funnel predictable, clean, and scalable.

You’ll design and optimize processes, automation, and tooling that govern how leads, contacts, and accounts enter the revenue funnel, ensuring downstream teams can execute with confidence.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required.
• 2+ years of revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (administration a plus); familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, HubSpot).
• Mastery of Excel / Google Sheets and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize top of funnel merchant lifecycle processes with emphasis on automation and data quality.
• Own and define lead routing logic, automation triggers, and lifecycle dependencies; partner with Business Systems for implementation.
• Own cross-functional initiatives end to end across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, Product, Revenue Ops, Analytics, and others.
• Support attribution tracking and funnel conversion analysis for Marketing, BDA, and early funnel performance.
