Affirm is a remote-first company redefining credit with a focus on flexible, transparent terms. We seek a Revenue Operations Analyst II to optimize top-of-funnel processes, automation, and data quality across Marketing, Business Development, and early Sales.

You will own lead routing, lifecycle design, and cross-functional initiatives, partnering with Marketing, Legal, Product, and Analytics to scale the funnel and improve funnel metrics.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree is required.
• 2+ years in revenue, sales, or marketing operations roles.
• Proficiency in Salesforce; familiarity with Pardot or HubSpot.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and BI tool knowledge.
• Experience with lead lifecycle management and routing tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize top of funnel processes with emphasis on automation and data quality.
• Define lead routing logic and automation triggers; collaborate with Business Systems.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, and Product.
• Support attribution tracking and funnel performance analysis for actionable insights.
• Own workflow automations to improve speed-to-lead and reduce manual work.
• Collaborate to improve Salesforce and GTM tooling for lead/account management.
