Job summary

Affirm is a remote-first company seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst II to partner with Marketing, Business Development and early Sales. You will design and optimize processes, automation, and tooling governing leads, contacts, and accounts at the top of the funnel to ensure the revenue funnel remains predictable and scalable.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required.
• 2+ years of revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce; familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, HubSpot).
• Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize top-of-funnel processes with emphasis on automation, data quality, and documentation.
• Own lead routing logic, automation triggers, and lifecycle dependencies; partner with Business Systems for implementation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, Product, Revenue Ops, Analytics, and more.
• Support attribution tracking and funnel conversion analysis for marketing and early funnel performance.
• Own workflow automations (Slack notifications, cross-tool workflows, process triggers) to improve speed-to-lead and reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with Business Systems to improve Salesforce and GTM tooling; ensure data integrity at funnel entry.
• Partner with Revenue Enablement to train revenue teams on top-of-funnel processes.
