Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst II to partner with Marketing, Business Development, and early Sales teams.

You will design and optimize processes, automation, and tooling that govern how leads, contacts, and accounts enter the revenue funnel, enabling downstream teams to execute with confidence. The ideal candidate combines hands-on automation with strategic lifecycle design, routing logic, and scalable coverage models.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required.
• 2+ years in revenue, sales, or marketing operations.
• Proficiency in Salesforce; familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and BI tool understanding.
• Experience with lead lifecycle management and attribution frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize top-of-funnel lifecycle processes with emphasis on automation and data quality.
• Own lead routing logic, automation triggers, and lifecycle dependencies; collaborate with Business Systems.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, Product, and Analytics.
• Support attribution tracking and funnel performance analyses; surface actionable insights.
• Develop workflow automations to improve speed-to-lead and reduce manual work.
• Collaborate on Salesforce and GTM tooling to improve lead/account management and data integrity.
• Partner with Revenue Enablement to train revenue teams on processes and tooling changes.
