Commercial Metals Company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Eastern Canada. The role is remote but preferred base locations are the Greater Toronto Area or Montreal.

You will lead Tensar sales across Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada and work with distributors, engineers, and owners to close projects. Reporting to the Canada Director, you will develop business plans, manage distributor relationships, and travel regionally up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years work experience in the construction industry.
• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Experience creating specifications with municipal and consulting engineers and carrying them through to construction.
• Bilingual verbal and written communication in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Assist and support qualification of Tensar proprietary systems by successfully implementing bid strategies to close business.
• Create specifications for Tensar systems with municipal and consulting engineers and pull them through to construction, working with owners, contractors and distribution partners.
• Act as a liaison between Tensar's engineering department and the client to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and execute a business development plan focused on transportation, private development, commercial projects and civil construction.
• Manage and grow distributor relationships across the territory.
• Train, educate, and provide technical support to distributors and provide job site assistance as required.
• Generate monthly reports to the Area Director to track key projects in each sector and forecast sales for manufacturing.
