Job summary

AMMEGA CANADA is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Eastern Ontario to drive aggressive growth, build market leadership, and expand presence with end users, OEMs, and distributors. You will manage a remote field-based role, develop strategic plans, and partner with distributors to maximize pull-through demand.

The position requires a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, travel within Eastern Ontario, and a focus on value-based selling. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial B2B sales is required.
• Proven track record in new business development and territory growth.
• Selling to end users, OEMs, and distributors is preferred.
• Ability to drive technical or application-based sales.
• Strong understanding of industrial processes and conveying applications.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver sales targets and market share growth across Eastern Ontario.
• Develop territory expansion strategy to establish Ammeraal Beltech as market leader.
• Build relationships with end users and OEMs to drive specification and partnerships.
• Lead sales discussions focusing on value (performance, lifecycle cost, uptime, delivery).
• Maintain CRM discipline and active pipeline; collaborate with distributors.
