Job summary

Nexans Canada is seeking a Junior Regional Sales Manager for Eastern Canada. Based in Markham or the surrounding area, you will develop and grow Nexans Connect through the distributor channel, focusing on Quebec and Atlantic Canada.

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager, Eastern Canada, and collaborate with branch staff and contractors to expand market reach. You will build relationships, deliver product presentations and proposals, track opportunities, and support the sales plan with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in business/sales.
2-5 years of sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in electrical/distribution markets.
Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken) is required for this Eastern Canada focus.
Willingness to travel within Eastern Canada and to manage a broad territory.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow Nexans Connect business in Eastern Canada (Quebec & Atlantic) through the distributor channel.
Build relationships with distributor branch staff, managers, and inside sales teams.
Execute regional sales plan aligned with RSM East and Connect strategy.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within distributor accounts and with partners.
Deliver product presentations, quotations, and proposals to distributor contacts.
Maintain accurate territory records and report on activity and pipeline.
Collaborate with commercial operations for order management and issue resolution.
