Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands seeks a Canadian Regional Manager for Robertson Building Systems to lead a sales team across Canada and the USA. You will develop and execute sales strategies, balance growth with profitability, and collaborate with marketing, engineering, sourcing, and field services to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will report to the Director of Sales, Buildings and work closely with VP of Sales to align with our Metal Solutions strategy while pursuing aggressive

Qualifications

• Data-driven, critical thinker capable of managing multiple data streams and market dynamics.
• Proven leadership, influence, and collaboration in a matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of sales and building materials economic drivers.
• Willing to travel up to 50% and spend time in Brantford, ON.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop, train and grow Robertson sales teams – elevate skills.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the business and meet customer needs.
• Organize schedules, territories, and performance of sales professionals.
• Collaborate with US and Canada leaders and the VP of Sales to align with strategy.
• Work with pricing to achieve profitability targets while balancing growth.
• Develop, maintain and analyze sales scorecards and KPIs to drive performance.
• Partner with plant network to drive customer experience and growth.
• Assess operational barriers and growth opportunities for Complex/Simple Metal Buildings and Components.
• Collaborate on branding and product placement with Marketing for local markets.
• Lead integration and act as culture carrier during M&A events.
• Represent the company with industry organizations or at trade shows.
