Job summary

eXp Realty Canada is seeking a highly organized Transaction Coordinator to manage the flow of real estate documents from agents to solicitors and beyond. The role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to handle high volumes, and thorough knowledge of Skyslope and related back-office systems.

You will review contracts, enter data accurately, verify MLS information, and coordinate with agents, lawyers and brokers to ensure timely closings in a fast-paced, work-from-anywhere

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in real estate transactions processing
• Knowledge of Google Suite, LoneWolf and Skyslope
• Must have strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Solely responsible for the accuracy of processing deal files from entry to closing
• Review Contracts and documents in Skyslope; perform data entry into BackOffice; verify MLS data
• Process Residential, Commercial, Leases, and related real estate transactions
• Request additional documentation from agents and ensure all required documents are present
• Maintain timely communication with agents, lawyers, notaries and brokers to move files forward
