Job summary

eXp Realty Canada is a fast-paced real estate brokerage offering a work-from-anywhere environment across Canada. The role focuses on coordinating the flow of documentation from agents to offices, solicitors, and other parties involved in contracts, requiring exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

The ideal candidate will manage deal files from entry to closing, review contracts, validate data, and ensure timely communication with agents and legal counterparts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in real estate transactions processing.
• Computer experience essential.
• Legal real estate conveyancing experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Canadian real estate transaction requirements & provincial processes.
• Experience with Google Suite, LoneWolf and Skyslope.

Responsibilities

• Solely responsible for the accuracy of processing deal files from entry to closing.
• Review contracts and documents in Skyslope and perform data entry into BackOffice.
• Calculate commissions and verify MLS data.
• Process all types of transactions (Residential, Commercial, Leases, Service/Fee Agreements, Referrals, Cancellations).
• Ensure all required documentation is in Skyslope before closing and follow up as needed.
