Ideal candidates hold an active broker license in the province they will support and will recruit top-producing agents by highlighting our technology and growth opportunities. You will manage onboarding and brokerage transitions while driving operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor with broker license in the relevant province.
• Strong knowledge of provincial real estate regulations.
• Experience leading and training high-performing agent teams.

Independent Contractor

Length of Contract: Through 2026, with the potential for renewal in December 2026

Location Requirements: Candidates must be based in and hold an active broker license in the province they will be supporting.

Scope of Work:

• Lead, train, and support agents on compliance, contracts, and provincial regulations.

• Provide guidance on complex transactions and compliance-related escalations, applying sound risk-based judgment.

• Proactively recruit and attract top-producing agents by showcasing our technology, marketing, and growth opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, supporting them through onboarding and brokerage transitions.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance agent experience and operational efficiency.

• Manage a high volume of agents in a fast-paced, high-growth brokerage environment, ensuring compliance and operational support.
