Job summary

Partner Company seeks a hands-on ServiceNow Developer based in Canada to develop and administer the ServiceNow platform across ITSM and HRSD. You will design workflows, catalog items, integrations, and platform enhancements while engaging with IT and business stakeholders.

The role includes upgrade planning, release management, and ensuring platform reliability across development, staging, and production environments. Strong scripting and documentation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing and administering ServiceNow.
• Experience with ITSM and/or HRSD modules.
• Strong JavaScript development skills.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and service catalog development.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform components.
• Build catalog items, record producers, workflows, and related configurations.
• Develop and troubleshoot integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
• Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and Integration Hub.
• Support ITSM and HRSD capabilities and related workflows.
